The product is okay so far so good. I like the many features. It says it can wash a down jacket. I haven’t tried it though.
One thing I least like is, the unit is a bit shaky whenever it spins. I need to put a slight heavy object on top of the washing machine to lessen its shaking while spinning. I wash often so its not amount of laundry.
