What is Click & Collect?
One convenient way to purchase an item is through Click & Collect. It is basically selecting and paying for your item online at ansons.ph. Upon purchase, the team at Ansons will prepare your order. When the item is ready for collection, Ansons notifies the customer via SMS & Email and the customer can go to the selected Ansons Branch to collect their item. Save yourself time by selecting your item at the comfort of your own home and just pick up your order when it is ready!

How do I place a click and collect order?
To place a Click and Collect order, just follow these steps;
- Shop for the products you would like to order and select ‘Add to Cart’
- Once you have completed your purchase, proceed to ‘Checkout’
- Click ‘Pick up In-store Click and Collect’ as your preferred delivery method.
- Choose your preferred Ansons branch and appointment date for pick up of your purchase
- Proceed to payment.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS. Kindly wait for our confirmation that your purchase is ready for pick up. Once your order is ready for collection at the selected store, you will be notified via email/SMS.
When can I expect to be able to pick up my order, using the click and collect service?
Click & Collect purchases are usually made available to the buyer within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise specified). You will be notified by Anson’s store within approximately 1 to 2 Business Days after having placed the order as to when the Product is ready for collection in your selected branch.
Will I receive a notification when my reserved order is ready for pick up?
Yes, as soon as our team has received, reserved and prepared the products for you, we will send you an email/SMS notification that you can pick up your purchases in our stores.
Will I be able to change to a different collection store after I have placed my click and collect order?
We are trying to reserve your Click and Collect orders as fast as possible in your selected store. As such, we can no longer change collection stores after purchase.
Will I be able to request for delivery of my click and collect order to my preferred location instead?
As soon as we have received your order, we would have already processed your order for your collection at your selected store. As such, we can no longer switch to delivery after Click and Collect purchase.
What do I need to bring to pick-up my click and collect order?
Collecting your reservation is easy. Upon claiming your item, you would just need to submit the following:
- Order Confirmation that Ansons will send via email
- Valid government ID (photo-bearing ID with signature) of the person who purchased the item
- Letter of Authorization and Valid Government ID (photo-bearing ID with signature) of Authorized Representative (if it will not be picked up by the person who purchased the item)
