I bought two of these and will get another two soon hope that the price is same and hope that I can pick the item in Anson’s branch next time not asking me to pay there as what the seller informed me in Festival mall branch Landmark that they will give the same price like in online since im buying two product. But I got the two for 3600 or ill just have it delivered. Since the price is different in store
4 star for the inverter electric fan since the fan blade has defect. Already informed the staff and supervisor of Ansons festival mall is already aware. Told them to escalate the issue to Panasonic
The item arrived in satisfactory condition. It was easy to assemble. Speed adjustment is similar to that of a dimmer switch, which we totally love! Plus, it is a quiet fan.
this is the budget friendly inverter electric fan so far. got it after a sale. it’s my first time to buy an electric fan that is an inverter and so far, after 4 days I have no complaints. It’s not noisy which is a positive. just to say that if you are ordering it online, the support and communication is seamless but the product is delivered disassembled. you need to leave a note to say someone from panasonic will come and get it assembled (if you need it to. I did because it’s my first time to have an inverter fan) and I was worried that I didn’t have all the pieces. I got in touch with the after sales support the day it got delivered and someone from panasonic came in less than 2 days. the after sales support is very responsive.
The unit is good. It is my first time to use an inverter appliance and an electric fan with no 1, 2, 3 selector. Looking forward if my electric bill will diminish in the succeeding months.
based on my experience, dust have a hard time sticking on the blades and grille. i didn’t clean the 1st one for 5 month, ok p cya d ko lang matiis na. though i vacuum the motor area at least 2-3 weeks. the fan is durable so 2 more.
