We like it. We like the product overall. We can use the gas range without LPG, using electric. My mom liked it.
However, the expected demo guy did not come on scheduled day of demo. We had to learn the product ourselves. He reached out few days after, without him needing to come out, as we already installed everything ourselves.
Also, delivery took 2 days. Ordered 09/10 and delivered 09/12, and on the wrong time slot, not the preferred time, it was end of day, in the evening, without compensation due to delays made from the dispatch team. No next day delivery for this item.
