It is quite easy to use and easy to clean. You can only use it for 3 minutes at a time then you need to rest it for some time. From my research, I realised that this is quite normal for mixers. If you need to use it for longer, it is best to buy the heavy duty ones.
The dough hooks and the whisks are made from 1 piece. So you also need to be careful with the dough hooks as these can easily break into 2 if the dough is a bit tough (I am not an expert baker). But you can order a replacement through 3D’s online store.
Other than the hooks breaking and the 3-minute rule, it is perfect for a novice pandemic baker like me.
