You shall not use this website or make any purchase from the Site if you disagree with the Terms and Conditions of use. Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.
Any representations made about stock availabilities are accurate to the last known stock level and are subject to change. If we cannot supply a particular product, we will notify you by telephone or email as soon as possible.
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the item cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any proposed Orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your Order.
Prices shown are in Philippine Peso and include VAT where applicable. Prices may not include delivery and handling charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice to consumers.

Anson’s is determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the Site, error in the description of the products on the Site or an error in your order. As such, we reserve the right to accept, refuse or cancel any order made by you for any reason. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site, information content on the Site and all the website design, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software shall remain Anson’s property. The entire contents of the Site also are protected by copyright as a collective work under Philippine copyright laws and international conventions. All rights are reserved.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, and governed by the laws in force in Manila, Philippines and each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines and to waive any objections based upon venue. Subject to the provision on arbitration, all actions shall be instituted in the proper court of the City of Makati to the exclusion of all other courts. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will continue in full force and effect.
Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in Makati City, Philippines. The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and who has experience in the information technology field in the Philippines and is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that the Site shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines in operating the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.
The website’s users are required to be at least 18 years old, and any user under 18 is considered an unauthorized user. If we learn that a user is under 18 years of age, it is our right to promptly delete any Personal Information we have acquired about the under aged user. Anson’s also reserves the right to cancel any transactions made by any unauthorized user.
We obtain and store information you enter on our Website or provide to us in any way. The types of Personal Information procured may include your name, email address, gender, zip code, country, IP address, postal or residential address, telephone number, browser information, and, if you make a purchase through our Website, your credit card number, credit card security code, expiration date, billing address, and shipping address. Agreement of these terms and conditions gives Anson’s the permission to view such information for the purposes of viewing, and transactions analysis, customer profiling.

We accept and store certain types of information when you interact with our Website or services. Company automatically receives and registers information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, page requested, and any items you purchase. This information may be used to customize content or to connect with you about specials and new features.
Usage information, such as numbers and frequency of visitors to our site and its components may also be used in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure, and not in a manner that would identify you personally. As part of this use of data, we may provide aggregate information to our partners about how our customers, en masse, use our site. Anson’s permits access to the following information about you for the purpose of viewing, and in certain circumstances, updating that data. This list may change as our Website grows and additional information may be needed.

Anson’s updates the Site as soon as new items arrive. We try to maintain a stock level that matches expected demand; unfortunately, highly popular items may run out of stock very quickly. Another customer may have placed an order and checked out simultaneously with or slightly ahead of you.

4. Signing up as member
Click on the ‘Account’ tab. You will then be prompted to a new page where you will find ‘New Customer’. Click ‘Register’ and fill in your details as requested. Click ‘Submit’. Registration is now complete. Check your email to confirm registration.
To update details and personal information, simply follow the instruction on the site and change your details as needed. Click the ‘Save’ button.

Payment methods accepted
Anson’s offers a number of payment methods to provide you with all the best possible ways to purchase while using the payment methods you are most comfortable with.
Payment Methods are:

Cash on Delivery (No Cheques)

Upon checking out, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number, which means that we have received your order. If there is a problem with your payment, you will receive a call or an email from Customer Service. Otherwise, you can be rest assured that your order will be processed.
We will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a user where a credit card or PayPal account is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner.
7.1 If you are in Metro Manila, we will endeavor to deliver your order within 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will let you know as soon as possible. If you are unavailable to receive a delivery, our courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice informing you of re-delivery or giving you instructions.
It is the mutual benefit and responsibility of Anson’s and the customer to complete the delivery. Anson’s will charge delivery fees after the first failed delivery. Anson’s does not accept gift cheques for payment of services like delivery.
It is our policy not to allow the opening of boxes and checking of items before signing the delivery because that is tantamount to an ‘open delivery’.
If the product received is defective, is missing items/parts, or is the wrong product, it is subject to our Returns and Exchanges Policy (8).
7.2 Deliveries of ordered products can be received by any person at the buyer’s address or at another address specified by the buyer. Anson’s is not liable for lost items as long as the delivery is received by an individual at the default address or another address specified by the buyer.
7.3 Delivery Rates
Anson’s delivers within Metro Manila for now.
Anson’s provides free delivery within Metro Manila for selected items.
For items without free delivery, the flat rate delivery charge within Metro Manila is Php 300 per delivery regardless of item quantity. A delivery charge may be included in the online payment transaction or paid by cash only upon delivery. We do not accept any kind of gift cheque as payment of delivery fees.
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, you may contact our customer service at [email protected] to inquire about the status of your order.
Title and risk in the products, such as loss and damage, pass to you upon complete and successful delivery.
8. Click and Collect through a Third-Party Logistics Provider
By choosing a third-party logistics provider to claim and deliver purchased units through Click and Collect from Anson’s branches, the Customer agrees with the following terms:
8.1 The Customer shall be responsible for booking and coordination with their chosen third-party logistics provider for the collection and delivery of their purchased goods;
8.2 Goods transported through this option shall be deemed delivered to the Customer upon pick-up by the chosen third-party logistics provider;
8.3 The Customer shall assume all risks arising from and related to the delivery of the purchased goods through a third-party logistics provider;
8.4 The Customer will hold Anson’s free from all liabilities arising from the transport of the goods; and
8.5 The settlement of the damages or loss that may arise from the transport of Customer’s purchased goods will be between the Customer and the third-party logistics provider.”
9. Cancellation, Returns, and Replacements
9.1 Note that receipt of the delivery already confirms that external packaging and seals were intact.
9.2 Anson’s will not provide a refund or exchange due to a change of mind or because the product was not what was expected. Anson’s only provides refunds or replacements for damaged/defective items within 7 days of receipt and wrong item delivery.
9.3 Online Orders can only be canceled before it has been packed and status is still is under “processing.” Orders tagged as “ready for delivery” cannot be canceled anymore.

All items brought to the store for return must be in NEW condition, in their ORIGINAL packaging, with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity) intact subject to Table 1. We will issue to you a document receipt of the item and we will conduct an evaluation within ten (10) business days.
Table 1 outlines the type of returns allowed and the general condition that the items must be returned in by the customer, in order for the return to be considered valid.
Items sent back to Anson’s that do not meet the conditions listed below will not be eligible for either a customer refund or replacement.

9.5 If confirmed that your return is valid: a) order is defective/damaged within 7 days from receipt, b) is an incorrect delivery, we will notify you for the same product replacement with free delivery or issue a full refund thru a credit memo claimable at the Anson’s Don Chino Roces branch. The credit memo may be used for its full amount only at this branch. We will notify you as to when you or your representative may claim the credit memo at the branch.
9.6 If a return is invalid: a) correct delivery, b) good working condition, c) with defect but past 7 days from receipt, we will notify you for pick up of the said item or inform you for repair procedures.
10. Product Warranty and Repairs
10.1 Standard product warranty applies to the items purchased at Anson’s Online.
10.2 We have a 7-day return/replacement policy for defective items. If 7 days from receipt have passed and there are performance issues with your product, do not immediately bring the item to our branch. You should call 816 7425 for our warranty and service procedures for that particular product.
11. Credit Card Safety
Security is one of the priorities of Anson’s, every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete; it is submitted directly to our banks.
12. Disclaimer and Indemnity
(1) To the extent permitted by law, Anson’s, its officers, employees, clients, customers, or any other persons whosoever or its related bodies corporate exclude all liability in any circumstance, whether tortuous or otherwise, to you or anyone else for loss, disturbance or damage of any kind, whether directly or indirectly (however caused or arising) relating in any way to the website including, but not limited to, loss or damage you might suffer or any such other person or any of their properties caused by through any accident, event or as a result of:
(a) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies on the website;
(b) you acting, or failing to act, on any information contained on or referred to on the website and/or any linked website;
(c) personal injury or property damage of any kind resulting from your access or use of the website;
(d) any unauthorized access to or use of the websites secure servers;
(e) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the website;
(f) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code or communications which may be transmitted to or through the website by any third party; and/or
(g) the quality or fitness for any purpose of any linked sites.
(2) Except as expressly provided in these terms, and to the fullest extent allowed by the law, Anson’s, its employees or officers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your access to or use of the website.
(3) You will at all times indemnify, and keep indemnified, Anson’s or any of its related bodies corporate, including their directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any loss (including reasonable legal costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) or liability incurred or suffered by you or by any of them arising from any claim, demand, suit, action or proceeding by any person against you or them where such loss or liability arose out of, in connection with or in respect of your conduct or breach of these terms or in connection with the use or access of the website.
13. Force Majeure
Anson’s will not be liable for any delay in performing any of their obligations if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to, failure of or interruption in the provision of essential services such as electricity supply, bank payment systems or deliveries or in case of force majeure.
If any part of these terms is found to be void, invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable then that provision or part will be deemed to be severed from these terms, and the remaining terms and provisions of these terms will remain in force and constitute the agreement between you and Anson’s.
The failure by Anson’s to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision under these terms will only be effective if it is in writing and signed by Anson’s.
