At first we are planning to buy a more expensive one also here on Ansons. But it got OOS so we opted for this one upon contacting Tekno support. They are very accommodating to all my questions and comparing all the features they are basically the same its almost only the brand is different. They also gave me this answers:
Tekno products service center is the same company of La Germania, Fisher & Paykel and our hi-end brand Bertazzoni. There is nothing to worry about the parts and even you are residing in the province, we do have a service center all over in the country.
One year warranty for parts and service.
And with 2 months of everyday use (3x a day) I can say that this is performing really well. All dishes all came sparkling clean. One time I got one button I though was not working (its working) I put a message on their FB page and they responded the same day and willing to send in a technician within a few days. Kudos to them. I cancelled it though because I got it working the next day. I don’t have any to compare it to but for me I’m very satisfied as of now. Thanks.
