We have yet to use the heater as we are not in the unit. Installation is free but we were charged 2550 pesos for the materials used in the installation. I feel that this is too expensive. Prior to the installation, better to check the materials required from
Panasonic and check the prices in local hardware as I think they might be cheaper than buying from the installer.
