I’m amazed at how very quiet it is you can barely tell it’s running, so I had to take a peek every once in a while just to check. May take a little getting used to coming from our old noisy machine, where at least I can hear it is doing its thing (so does the neighbors =)) also this is the second time I ordered from Ansons online and am very satisfied with every steps, from ordering to delivery. This is our first automatic washing machine. It’s quiet and easy to use. Great for a family of four. I was originally planning to buy another brand but went with LG due to its better reputation.
I love this product, it takes awhile to get used to since it has many setups before you can actually start the program. What I love the most is that it allows me to select the setup I need for my wash and the machine calculates how much water is actually needed. Best buy actually. The Anson’s staff was also very polite in helping me set it up and ensured that the product was actually working before leaving. Unlike others who just simply deliver the items.

Performance-wise, it’s doing it’s job as expected. Will upgrade to a bigger capacity by next year.
