I am used to the traditional separate US style washer and dryer but this is a first for me- a slight learning curve.
Pro’s – added features downloadable means cycles upgradable
Con’s – during drying cycle don’t turn off water supply and heat – like low or medium heat cannot be adjusted
If you want your clothes to be not wrinkled- set dryer on iron mode and simply hang dry – as tumbling compartment is small and even less than 5kg load it seems to wrinkle

Ordering online was no hassle. Ansons was recommended to us and we had no regrets buying from them since their offer is way affordable compared to other shops. Great service as well. Got the item on sale plus free delivery if within the metro. It was installed the next day. However, because of water interruptions, i was not able to use it right away. Had to wait for a few days until water services came back to normal. Onced I’ve tried it, the washer and the dryer worked perfectly fine.

at first, the unit that we received had a problem. The clothes were not drying well. They were hot but still damp even drying them for 2-3 hrs. After multiple tries and checking it online, we realized that it was defective. So i submitted a ticket to Ansons support and they promptly addressed my concerns. They sent a technician to check and the technician made a request to process the replacement of the unit. After I received the replacement unit, I immediately tested it. I ran a wash + dry (the machine suggested 1hr dry). After the whole cycle, the clothes are hot and dry (finally!). We’re so happy with this even though we had some issues with the first machine, we’re glad that we realized it immediately and Anson’s resolved it with no fuzz.

It’s perfect for my condo that’s in a tight space. Tested it today on manual mode.. wash cycle was a bout 50mins and 60 mins for the dryer. Clothes came out dry and hot! Super happpy
