Hi Lyka. Same case happened to us and we discovered it only needs cleaning. After cleaning, the water flows to the right hole for the clogged dirt was gone. Our 1hp aircon are still working good and cold. We had it since 2018 so it’s 5 years old now. I really love Condura.

It was performing as it should on the first year but sadly this is the 2nd time that water coming out from the bottom part of the AC. We are scheduled for service check this week. This was purchased last November 2020.
