Our Samsung Dryer gave up, only 3 years old, and the repair was so cumbersome that we decided to buy a new one. But not Samsung anymore, so BEKO. product is solid and easy to setup by yourself. I have grief with Ansons because they computed 400 PHP delivery charge and then changed their mind to 2800 on the day of delivery. With no option we did but that was unprofessional.

although it takes longer for the dryer to finish, i think this protects the clothes from shrinking.
