How do I enter the recipient’s details at checkout?
During checkout, simply fill in the name, address, and contact number of your recipient in the Philippines. There’s no need to enter your overseas details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept international credit and debit cards.
Can I choose the delivery date?
Yes! You can select your preferred delivery date and time during checkout.
Will my recipient be contacted before delivery?
Yes. We reach out to your recipient to confirm the delivery details before dispatch.
Is there an extra fee for shopping from abroad?
No. You only pay for the product and applicable Metro Manila delivery fee—no additional charges for international customers.
Will I receive order updates?
Yes. You’ll get email notifications for each step: order confirmation, processing, and delivery.
What if there’s an issue with the appliance?
