The transaction itself was smooth. I was able to order and pay online effortlessly. The item even arrived earlier than expected, which would be a positive aspect for many. However, since I selected a 3 pm to 9 pm delivery window, I was anticipating it within that timeframe and was already in the delivery area to receive it. Unfortunately, the earlier arrival (around 2 hours early) meant I wasn't present, but luckily, I was able to ask the lobby receptionist to accept the delivery for me.
Overall, the product arrived in excellent condition, and the transaction itself went smoothly, which is ultimately what matters most.

Make sure to deliver when you tell the customer you will and not charge customer extra to re-attempt delivery when it’s not the customer’s fault as the customer didn’t even leave the house at all waiting for the delivery. Very poor customer service! I should have
just ordered from Lazada as they have better service and they don’t charge the costumer to re-attempt delivery especially when it’s not the customers’s fault!
