The deliverymen were efficient and courteous. Our street was blocked with cables from the unscheduled repair work of a utility company and they had to cart the item from the corner street, but they seemed to have handled it with care. So far the fridge is cooling well. It helps that the delivery was in the morning and I got the it before 10am.

How can we improve?
Train your Brand Promoters to be more professional and helpful. I called on July 18 asking why we cannot download certain apps on the smart tv and he said because it's not an android tv. We've been using Smart TV for 4 years and we're able to download apps. The promoter sounded unprofessional and unhelpful. I wanted to return and exchange the smart tv but it's going to such a hassle so we have no choice but use this freaking smart tv.

The delivery is very good. How ever the Whirlpool 40cm Dishwasher power does not turning on so it’s not working. Service Center has been called already and scheduled on 8 July 2024. We will request replacement of the unit if we could not use it on 8 July 2024.
