Very inefficient online platform and company. When I visited the branch to pick up the item, the item wasn't there; the staff did not even knew my order. Its as if I didn't order the item (non-existent). They made me wait for an hour to get the item from another branch and process the receipt.
How can you improve? Just shutdown your online platform so that other people won't experience what happened to me. What a waste of time.

from pre-delivery customer service (i’ve asked if it can be delivered earlier than estimated day of delivery and they did) to delivery team (found our place immediately despite living in a crowded place with kinda narrow roads with no complains in their face and mouth) — the best !! 5 stars aren’t enough. cheaper product among other stores but doesn’t compromise the quality. thank you so much. deff recommending to other people <33

It takes too long to claim my online purchase. the ladies at the mezzanine counter said it was because there was a line of customers before me. i thought it was just a matter of minutes to get my TV but it took 15 minutes to get my invoice. Anson's shouldn't charge customers for using basement parking.

We chose the 10am-3pm delivery. When past 3pm arrives, still no feedback as to where the delivery is.
No notification received. I have to send an email to the customer service. That is the only time, I received an email that it will be delayed. It is okay to be late since Saturday traffic is bad, but a notification is good so the customer will not wait in vain Poor service and no proactive approach.
