There was no issue with the orders. The problem was with the delivery time. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) was supposed to be between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., but the delivery arrived after 4:00 p.m. As a result, I had to wait around all day when I had other plans. I wish the waiting time could be shorter—not six hours. Maybe just two hours, and that it be followed precisely.

Once processed, the coordination for the pick up was also professionally done, very helpful and polite personnel, ensuring best customer experience.
At the store the pick up, i was immediately attended and accommodated warmly. You can feel that everyone is willing to assist.
