Your delivery service seeks a timeframe of delivery. My expectation is to deliver in the given timeframe. The timeframe I chose was 9am-3pm. I only got notified the delivery will be late past the timeframe at 4pm. It only arrived at 6pm. Doesnt make sense to provide a timeframe when your shipping service doesnt comply with it.

I had constant update from Anson"s regarding my order. The delivery men texted me promptly as to where they were, and when they reached my place. They were kind enough to bring up the order to my unit. They were very efficient, careful, and helpful. Thank you for great employees and staff

In the delivery experience. I scheduled the delivery for 9.00 am to 3.00 pm today. Then they txt me " oh sorry sir so much to do we will deliver after 6.00 PM " I had to cancel appointments because of that. This is not acceptable. After I got super angry - they came around 4.00 PM
