Ordering online is convenient. You just lack communications with customers. I suggest you let them know about the status of their orders. For example, send an email or SMS so the customer know that the item is already available for pick up.

Let me share my feedback. I have nothing against the delivery charge of ₱1600 to Bulacan. What i hate about it is the hassle it brought me. I understand if they cannot deliver on time. Just notify me ahead. I was even the one who reach out first for the status of delivery. This is not my first time ordering at Anson's. In fact i loved the service the first time. But this time, aside from late delivery, they cannot reach my location. I even called them on how to reach my house. The instructions were clear enough. Gave them the pin location from Waze. Even the google maps. Yet we were the one who reach them out, met them halfway. Sorry but this is not acceptable given that i paid fair enough for the delivery fee.

Delivery of Panasonic Refrigerator including unpackaging was handled well. I have not yet pkug it as the wooden structure where it will be placed need to be adjusted to conform to the slimmer size of the unit compared to my former 9.4 cubic feet Condura.

Although item wasn’t delivered on my preferred date, the store informed me of the date when they plan on delivering it.
The delivery guys provided notice that they are already in the area on the day of delivery and they also are very accommodating and helpful in installing the item.

Lowest price guaranteed. Excellent Customer Service. The only negative thing I experience is the conflict about the delivery charge. Website charge me 300 pesos but after I paid the Item plus the delivery fee they've called me and says that I still Ihave to pay more. We argue til they decided to reduce the additional fee they're asking to a more reasonable price... I suggest try to fix your website to a more user friendly.

I would like to thank you for a good quality items that I received however the delivery services wasn't good in terms of super late arrival imagine my schedule was 9am to 3pm but they arrived 11pm how is that. But I commend your delivery personnel for handling it with care despite that it's raining. They deserve a high pay for that please take good care of your employees specially the delivery service coz they were the one who serviced well even tho circumstances of raining hard and late nights.
But I do hope you will also value being on time when it comes to delivering orders because what is the purpose of choosing the time of schedule when it's not gonna happen actually. It's so frustrating and disappointing on our end. Thank you so much but I will reconsidering ordering with you again if the delivery and after sales sucks.

If you will give option for time of delivery make sure to commit as some of us make a schedule for a day. i chose between 9pm to 3pm but it arrived outside the chosen time.

I am just disappointed with your logistics, first, upon ordering, there is an option for the delivery time, and I chose 9am to 3pm but it was delivery at around 7pm. Same thing happened to my neighbor wheb she ordered here. She booked for same delivery time as I did but she received the product at around 6pm. If it is not possible to meet the delivery time, it would be better to just remove that option.
