Schedule of delivery is 9am-3pm. Delivery informed me they will be late. But when I asked what time should I expect them, there was no reply. They only replied when I asked if they were still coming. Delivery arrived at 530pm. I wasted my whole day waiting for the delivery.

Please deliver your product earlier than 10:00 pm as much as possible. Yesterday (December 4), we waited for the delivery the whole day since you informed us that our purchase is out for delivery. Starting in the morning, we waited till 8:00 pm but there's no delivery arrived yet. I am so upset because we are expecting the product. Because of that, I thought that the delivery will take place the next day. But surprisingly, when we are about to sleep, the delivery arrived at almost 10:00 in the evening. It was very late with my standard time of delivery. Again I feel so upset. Please improve your system of delivery. Thank you.

The price was great but delivery time wasnt on point..but delivery crew inform me in advance ..

Great customer service

The two Panasonic F-405SB Stand Fans are performing well since I assembled them last Tuesday, November 30, 2021. What dampened the experience was the very late delivery of the items which arrived at about 7:30 pm last November 29, 2021, or 3.5 hours late from the 9am - 3pm scheduled delivery time. I called up Customer Care Center at 2:52 pm, November 29, 2021 to report that the items have not yet arrived and the lady called up the delivery personnel to inquire where they are at the moment and then I received a text at 4:11 pm that they are a Frime Taft and then I replied that the scheduled delivery is between 9am-3pm. They offered their apologies for the very late delivery.

I operated only the Panasonic Inverter Econavi NR-BP260 VD only last November 19, 2021 after its wooden base was modified to fit this slimmer refrigerator (compared to our much bigger 10 cu. ft. refrigerator) and kept it from falling and after cleaning the inside and outside of the refrigerator. so far as of to-date, December 3, 2021, it has performed well and according to my expectations. I expect the cost of electricity in operating this refrigerator to go down as much as 50% as it is an inverter refrigerator compared to my old non-inverter refrigerator.

We ordered during the 3-day sale and the deals are really enticing including the free shipping offer.

Price is good and free delivery is great
The only room for improvement is the delivery window ... 6 hours is still to much. I had to file leave and waited from 9AM and arrived 1PM.. yes within 6 hours but better if maybe just 3 hours so I can just half-day. And if delivery crew can be contacted.

Delivery was prompt and quick.

I liked how convenient the process was from browsing & purchasing online to being able to schedule when I’m available to pick up the item. The staff assisted me well during my scheduled pick-up, offered me & my husband seats while waiting for the processing / releasing / checking of the item.

The only “problem” I had was that there was 2 separate Anson’s at Trinoma Landmark and they were on opposite ends. I initially went to the wrong store without knowing and had to go to the other end (*I already ran too many errands before this, thus the ‘frustration’). Other than this, everything was great. Initially there was a misunderstanding with the dispatch team on deliver but it was quickly resolved and item was expedited and delivered next day, am very satisfied with overall experience and the great customer service puts Ansons on top.
