The website is very convenient to use. It even integrates in Google calendar the delivery date. The UI is very good and easy on the eyes. We also did a store pickup but called customer service first. They were very very helpful! Even the store personnel were helpful and efficient!

The delivery men were surprisingly prompt and very good communicators. Received a call the day before actual delivery to confirm if someone will be around to receive the package the following day. Received a text message at 9am on delivery day saying they are already on the road. Received another text at 1:45pm saying they will arrive at around 3pm. They showed up at 2:50pm. Exceeded all our expectations (mind you this is "free" delivery) - these guys should be given a hefty bonus.

The woman in your releasing section (who checked the items prior its released) seemed irritated and not smiling. My sister who picked up the items are not happy of her customer service. She even said "kasama ba to sa freebies?" With frowning face. She should have checked first the purchased items prior commenting that. So disaapointing. Sayang my sister haven't got her name.

How can we improve?
The item was delivered within the designated time frame. However, the box was already open. I asked the delivery man about the matter but he only told me that item was received from warehouse and no idea why box was open since he is only instructed to deliver it. I suggest Ansons to double check any items that will be delivered including the packaging. As a buyer, I expect that packaging is well sealed as not to be construed that item including its accesories are incomplete.

Everything was great but the shipping disappoints me. They are late even the window was 9am - 3pm. They just notify me that they are on the way when its past 3pm already. I have been on the place since 9am and waiting for a message. Somehow they should notify us if they are coming late . It is really disappointing

Ordered 2 led tvs online to pick up at the store. LG tv was ready for pick up but the other tv was still not yet available at the store. I was told to wait for a text but 3 days later after the scheduled pick up date tv still not at the store. TVs were to be used for a donation.

While some details regarding the purchase were either confusing (how to get an extended warranty) or incomplete and unavailable (the dimensions of the base of the washer I bought, which I needed because I wanted to get a pedestal constructed for it prior to its arrival), the Anson's customer service lady I spoke to, Veronica, was very helpful. The order experience itself was also very seamless. Your delivery men were also very nice and worked really hard to get the rather heavy washer into my very cramped home. I wish they stayed for the snack we prepared for them, but they probably had another delivery to make.
