How can we improve?
It was easy to order and buy from the website. However, when it came to shipping, I requested it to be delivered within 9am-3pm. The delivery crew texted that they will be late but did not specify the time. The aircon was finally delivered at 8:17PM. In the first place, if you cannot commit within the delivery time, please do not make it available. People expect you to be there when you say you will.

My husband booked to have the aircon installed 6 days ago with Ansons to be done by the accredited third party in between 9-10am. We received a text this morning that they will be here in the afternoon. Of course he wasn’t happy because the excuse given was crap. He kept on following up days prior as to what time they will be here but no specific answer was given. When he called Ansons to complain after speaking with the third party, the lady said “but sir, it’s still morning.”

He filed for half day so he can be here when the aircon is installed. But now because of all the delays, he had to make it a whole day instead. We expected better from you guys since we are the paying customer. I used to work in the hospitality industry, what happened today is disappointing and totally unacceptable.

Delivery was within scheduled, however range is too wide (i.e. 9am-3pm). We were at the property before 9am but the item arrived around 2pm. I wished a confirmation message was sent on the final schedule of delivery so we didn’t rush ourselves to our condo. Nonetheless, deliverymen followed instructions re: Gate Pass.

Delivery was made on the scheduled date and arrived earlier than the scheduled late afternoon delivery time. However, I was surprised that I was charged an additional Php 170 to cover toll fees. Although the amount is small, it was not mentioned as a separate charge from the delivery charge which was already paid in advance. Other stores do not charge toll fees or it may already be part of the delivery cost.

I think you should honor your delivery schedules. I selected a 9-3 delivery slot a day later than the earliest available date because I did not want to receive my item late in the day. In the morning of the delivery date, I called the sales hotline since I had not been contacted about the delivery. I asked if the item could be delivered by the early afternoon and was told that they would coordinate with the delivery team. Before 10 am, I received an SMS from sales that the expected TOD was 5 pm, beyond the scheduled time. I sent a reply inquiring why this was so given that my schedule was 9 am to 3 pm only. I did not receive a reply. When I called the hotline again, this was represented as a result of route planning, which meant my order was *intentionally* planned to be delivered beyond the agreed delivery schedule. As for the delivery crew itself, they only messaged me at 2:30 pm that the order was likely to be delivered around 4 pm, and they eventually arrived at 4:47. I find this highly disappointing as my first experience with ordering from Ansons online.

I had some troubles checking out using my credit card (via Paymongo?). I always got an error (Internal Service Error) after flling out my card details. The transaction couldn't be completed.
