One small issue - the dimensions listed on the website did not match the dimensions of the unit that arrived.

Ansons can improve on coordination. I opted to pick up my order from 1st/2nd flr of Ansons Trinoma. The person who called to remind me of my pickup sked did not state that my order was delivered to Ansons 3rd flr or Landmark-Trinoma (inside the department store). I had to visit/check all Ansons branches from Trinoma to 2 Landmark premises to get my order... It gave me the impression that the purpose of Ansons online form for orders, specifically the options for branches for order pickup, was defeated. At the very least, any client should be informed of any changes in arrangements indicated in the order form.

Take quality customer service serious enough. Some employees might understand very little abt its impact on businesses.

This order was even paid before pickup (not delivered). Not COD.

It took me more than a dozen attempts to get my order thru - about an hour of my time wasted. A dozen!! Where in the world is this okay? If you want to be a successful online retailer then you have to have the right technology THAT WORKS ALL THE TIME. Imagine where Amazon would be if a customer attempts to place an order more than 10x - they won't be #1 for sure. You will lose business if you can't get your technology up to speed! If you think you can compete with Lazada or Shopee with your tech then think again.

i purchased LG LA100EC Aircon and to be delivered on Saturday feb19 I think 9am - 3pm. i left a note to pls call me prior to the delivery.... i got a txt msg at around 950 am on saturday that my item is out for delivery..... I've waited and waited and waited and waited for my delivery to arrive... wasted my time on waiting... i could have been productive.... finally the delivery arrived at 230 in the afternoon, though the delivery is within the time.... here's the thing you could have told me approx time of when i will expect my item... like you could have said sir the delivery will arrive approx 2 to 3pm... so that i can do more things... not just wasting my time on waiting... so pls... next time... d nyo pa b alam ganitong gawi? tagal tagal nyo na industry... tsk bulok pa rin
