You have the best customer service! I purchased my airconditioner on May 25, 2022 and selected Click and Collect. I was supposed to wait for 2 days before picking up my order. I was excited to receive it though, so I tried contacting the branch a few minutes after I placed my order. I had a hard time getting their contact information at first, but your email customer service was a great help! They were very responsive, and it only took them a few minutes to reply. Your staff at Anson's Trinoma were also very accommodating. They assisted me so well, and I was able to pick up my airconditioner the same day! Thank you so much to all of you!

The product was delivered specifically on the date and time I specified so that was a very good thing for me. The item itself was securely packed too and working well. The only thing that I am disheartened about is the very expensive Php350 delivery fee. Plus I was again requested to pay another Php100 for the warehouse fee. I first bought the same vacuum at Electrolux in their shopee store a few months ago and I was only charged a Php240 delivery fee. It just so happened that during the recent sale period, Anson's had the best price offer. Hence, I ordered here. Overall, it is a hassle free transaction.

Easy pick up, they let me check the product as well. Near carpark and luckily we parked nearby.

Delivery guys refused to test the product before leaving and even made me a fool. They told me that it is not allowed to plug my AC right away because of something about the AC's Freon, which doesn't make any sense. Also, upon unboxing, the plastic which contained the remote, batteries, and other accessories, was already ripped open.

If this was done to test the item before delivery, then maybe next time you can provide the customer a video proof of the product testing to avoid suspicion that the item was already tampered. This is also for your protection. Thanks though!

Delivery was okay. It's the installation scheduling that was horrible. I received a text early morning that the delivery team was on the way. I texted back to ask what time they expect to be here. NO REPLY. Waited the whole morning. NO REPLY. Tried calling. BUSY. Finally I was able to get through past noon only to be told that the delivery would be at 3pm. Day wasted. They could simply have replied to my text.

The products are of good quality and the service is great.

I have first looked for a washer in-store at Megamall and thought I should check the other appliance shops online. I tried to compare their prices and the difference are not much of a big deal. What made me purchase our washer here at Ansons.ph was through the recommendation of my partner who also bought a fridge here. Told me that the delivery was smooth as well as the transaction and that did not fail my expectations. Delivery not on time, they inform but late notice. I emailed how many times to follow up the installation. And to compare the price of your installation its so expensive ( we have to pay the bracket 2500, circuit breaker and 350 per ft extra 15k in total). Since I ordered from you I hesistate to let others install it. Not buying from anson anymore. Thanks.
