I would say the delivery is not on time, when I am expecting the delivery between 9 to 3 pm -- but it came at around 3:30 pm. Nevertheless, I did not worry too much as it is delivered in a condominium unit. Hence, there is a guard on duty. I would give credit to the delivery guy for being in touch through text messages. Kudos!

My experience with Anson's is always smooth. But for this order, the delivery was extremely late. I was not able to receive any notification that the delivery won't make the time and I had to call the hotline to check and verify if the delivery is pushing through. The actual delivery was handled smoothly on the other hand and the delivery team was very courteous and handled the appliance with care.

I received the item last night past 8pm. I understand that there were a lot of deliveries yesterday, but my scheduled delivery was between 9am to 3pm. I would easily understand a delay for 1-2 hours, but this was more than 5 hours from 3pm. When I signed my name on the delivery sheet, it showed that I was just the 10th delivery for the day. So did the deliveries really start at 9am? I don't think so.

To begin with, when I ordered online, I indicated that my intended delivery date was June 7 but I received a communication afterwards stating that deliveries for my area would be at June 8.

Bottomline, in your online ordering system, make sure that you can meet the delivery requirements on the date and time stated by the customer. Had I known earlier on that my order would not arrive on my desired date and time, then I would have ordered elsewhere.

Everything went smooth. Purchase online was good, no problem with payment and even the scheduling of delivery. Delivery came on exact day and at a good time in the morning, receiving notifications from the delivery personnel via txt was also good since you know to expect them soon. The product was placed exactly where I needed it to be and worked well.

I love your store very much this is my 3rd online purchase. But the 2nd and 3rd delivery was so stressful. The delivery personnel was rude they make me feel like its my fault that i live in valenzuela and cannot locate my address. But the 3rd delivery was the worst.. i even considered meeting them halfway for their benefit. I think i might opt to shop in store not to online delivery again specially if its a cellphone or a small item.

Overall experience was good. The customer service call center and delivery team are responsive.
However, the too late delivery was quite disappointing. We indicated in the preferred time 9am to 3pm. Had i not called you at 2pm, maybe the ref was delivered even later than 7pm. On your end, nobody even got in touch with us to inform us of the late delivery. Your delivery team said they were prioritizing deliveries in condominiums.

The requested change in RDD allowed for smooth order receiving. Your company's customer service was also very prompt with their replies when I raised the request above. Again, thank you for being very accommodating with my request.
