i have a late delivery cause my first fridge that order has out of stock but they call me 2 days before the expecting delivery date to change the item and made me a good convo with there staff i also change delivery address and it made me feel good that my order came same time to the 2nd date of delivery love my first time shopping here and will shop more soonest ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I think you should honor your delivery schedules. I selected a 9-3 delivery slot a day later than the earliest available date because I did not want to receive my item late in the day. In the morning of the delivery date, I called the sales hotline since I had not been contacted about the delivery. I asked if the item could be delivered by the early afternoon and was told that they would coordinate with the delivery team. Before 10 am, I received an SMS from sales that the expected TOD was 5 pm, beyond the scheduled time. I sent a reply inquiring why this was so given that my schedule was 9 am to 3 pm only. I did not receive a reply. When I called the hotline again, this was represented as a result of route planning, which meant my order was *intentionally* planned to be delivered beyond the agreed delivery schedule. As for the delivery crew itself, they only messaged me at 2:30 pm that the order was likely to be delivered around 4 pm, and they eventually arrived at 4:47. I find this highly disappointing as my first experience with ordering from Ansons online.

I had some troubles checking out using my credit card (via Paymongo?). I always got an error (Internal Service Error) after flling out my card details. The transaction couldn't be completed. I resorted to a different payment method instead. Other aspects of my online order (processing, delivery, etc) were ok naman. Thank you!
