At first the sales personnel didn’t understand right away that I was picking up an item from the online sale. When I said I was there to pick up my Whirlpool air purifier from the one day online sale, she said, “Ah wala po kaming Whirlpool”. But when I showed her the invoice from my email, she went to call another personnel. From there, they just asked for my valid ID. What I appreciated the most is that they tested the product for is and even removed the plastic from the filter. They did a demo and tested all the buttons. When I asked how to clean the filter, they knew what to say which was very helpful because I don’t need to look at the manual for that. I also asked what a specific button was for and they were able to answer as well.

Your staff is very helpful but hampered by poor delivery/activation back up.. Customers like me would like to promptly enjoy their purchase so if a matter like dependence on another associated service group available tech support pulls down the impressive handling on purchase.

Customer service from entrance guard to cashier and staffs who assisted. Friendly and helpful. Online discounts are good. Like to try the free delivery sometime in next online purchase.

The delivery was not time acceurate, we request for a afternoon schedule but it arrived in the morning. Also, I was expecting that since I purchased a window type aircon that they will install it. The hole, and the elctric plug was ready, they just need to put in place. Since they did not open the box, it was also not tested.

The delivery personnel said that if its up to them they are ok to install it but the company policy states that they are not allowed to that. 5/5 star for the delivery personnel, 1/5 star for the company policy.

The team who assisted us was all very accommodating and courteous! Keep it up!

Fast ordering process and we were able to pick it up immediately the next day. We also initially picked the delivery option but we realized that the pick up option is better since they don't deliver exactly to our area. Instead of canceling the order, we were given a coupon/credit memo. Good customer service!

Delivery was expected between 9-3 PM but they delivered past 7 PM. Driver did not update me on ETA even after asking multiple times.

The delivery men assisted me with bringing the item up to 4th floor through stairs. The product works well too.

prompt delivery, items were secured well. delivery personnel were courteous and handled the items well. i specifically liked their offer for installation. i just filled up the request for installation although i didnt receive any reply about it so i messaged Anson's customer service for follow up. It was handled well after that.

Easy to transact. The people on your end were all very helpful. The price was reasonable and competitive. The delivery was done on the day you said it was going to be delivered. A little later in the day but still your people called to let us know it will be a little late. All the things that people like me get harassed about when buying appliances.

Good product features purchased out of truth in advertising, the buyer is aware of the pros and cons. The freebies that go with the purchase, e.g free shipping, discounted price, free gadget given as promised.

Overall it was great, however delivery falls short. The window for delivery that I have selected was between 09:00 AM - 3:00 PM at checkout, however the delivery was only made at 09:00 PM, I would’ve appreciated if they had informed me of the ETA (not only that the delivery will be delayed) since I have been waiting for the item the entire day.

I checkout my order june16 and it arrived June 18.. Good job for excellent customer service that you provided at the date you committed. Rider is very polite and I love the policy that you asked for identification card but it would be better if you will inform the customer prior to check out that unlike other courier policy, you will not release the item to no one but the recipient.
