I ordered thru Anson online and it was on sale so i got a discounted rate compared to other Dept stores aside from the freebie (an umbrella). I called up anson's online before and after and was able to speak with Ms Grace, who was very kind enough to assist me also in the delivery. The delivery time is from 9am to 3pm, i made a request to have these items delivered between 9am to 12 noon and all items (Ref, Aircon & Washing machine) are in good condition, to top it all it is FREE SHIPPING! hope the after sales is also excellent!

How can we improve?
Very very late delivery. I chose the 9am to 3pm but the item was delivered at 8pm! At first they informed us that they will be late and will arrive at 4pm. They called again and said 6pm until it became 8pm. I even cancelled 2 appointments just to wait from 9am to 8pm. So frustrating..
