How can we improve?
Please improve your delivery scheduling and the professionalism of your delivery team. When I purchased the product, I selected a delivery window of 9 AM to 3 PM. However, no one from your team informed me of the exact arrival time, and the delivery only arrived at 6 PM. I had to wait far beyond the expected timeframe, which was very inconvenient.

Good value for money compared to other websites. However, I was charged a delivery fee of PhP 400, despite the promo stating "free delivery". Additionally, my air conditioner was not installed as stated and promised, which was disappointing. Hoping for better transparency and service in the future.

this is the first time I was amazed with a customer service. i had to reschedule my delivery late notice (at night), yet Archie -- from the email team responded with urgency and with assurance same day. i was also impressed with how fast i can connect to someone thru their phone number -- this lady always answers the phone in just 2 rings when i called one time yesterday and another time today. i had complete confidence in ansons and proud to have been buying appliances from them for the last 5-10yrs. keep up the good work!!!

The delivery service was excellent! The two delivery guys were very helpful, using their trolley to bring the item from the gate to our house. Unlike other appliance centers where you have to pay a delivery fee, this one was free, and my item arrived in perfect condition. I’ll definitely order from them again in the future.
