I changed my mind and opted for delivery vs. pick up since I remembered fridges have special handling needed because of the coolant. I was pleased to discover that their customer service was very responsive and made it happen. They also accommodated the preferred delivery time window since the recipient on-site had classes: I was half-expecting the usual "basta on the day po, tatawag yung delivery kung anung time sila darating". In this case, both customer service and the delivery guys sent messages to myself and the recipient to update us on the ETA. Galing!

Good product and delivery on time

The offer is practical to customers. Very clear instructions . My only comment is the gcash function... I thought it was Ansons System which was down... but apparently its Gcash.

Products were delivered on time and in good condition. However, delivery person, who called himself Anito, asked for P100. He claimed that subdivision security guard asked for P100 upon entry to the subdivision. There is no such policy in the subdivision.

From online ordering process to confirmation of order, tracking of delivery and actual delivery date are in smooth process. I also like that they ask for the time and date to receive the package. It's my second time to order online from Ansons and the experience is very good. The item ordered was the item delivered. I was notified both thru email and SMS on the status of my order. The items were delivered on the day they said it would be delivered.

My order arrived as scheduled.

Ansons service thru online and freebies are real. However, the shipping experience was not that good because the courier was quite rude and complaining about my address that is difficult to find despite that it was stated it was Novaliches Proper and already gave him the pin location.

The pinpoint was incorrect and the driver realized it when he called us. He immediately went to our place to deliver the package. He also helped us to bring the package in our apartment. Our place is in 2nd floor. Kudos to kuya driver.

It was easy to order online. I immediately got an update in my email followed by other updates.

The process of ordering up to the delivery went smooth as I expected.

(first off, the employee who helped me was extremely helpful & quite knowledgeable in answering ALL my questions during the unit-testing stage of the whole process, so kudos to him. would have wanted to mention his name, BUT i failed to get it… mea culpa!)
got my unit during Anson’s 8.8 sale😉 had all filters installed in-store when i picked it up so that when i got home, it was plug-&-play (only had to remove the film covering of the sticky sheet). the manual’s very easy to follow, so customizing everything to your desired settings is a breeze (well, for me, at least😊). the unit’s been ON since i plugged it in, and it’s been performing flawlessly👍
(my thanks to Anson’s for accommodating my request to have my pre-order switched from FP-JM30P-B to FP-GM50E-B [this unit]. the multi-department transaction adjustment was problem-free. good job!)
