On my second time purchasing via Ansons Online, i purchased a frontload WM and 32in TV with bracket on Sep 9, scheduled for delivery and installation on Sep 13.

it was delivered on the scheduled date, however the installation was not. Both installation were rescheduled to next day Sep 14. Only WM has been installed 1 day late but the technician was so helpful and professional.

The TV has not been installed on Sep 14 and i was informed later that day about cancellation and reschedule next day.

Today, Sep 15, after waiting an entire day, i have been informed again that TV installation has been cancelled for today and will TRY the next day.

The next day will be a week from the purchase and I have skipped work for several days as advised by your Service Associate only to be disappointed by continuous cancellations and rescheduling.

Would like to request for return and refund of the TV purchased given the nature of your service.

I was advised right away about my ordered item and about the shop's policy in upon delivery.

The delivery is 5 stars due to no delay. I think Anson's has its own delivery and not through another courier. It's like purchasing the device thru their courier.

I think it would be better if the item is packed or with bubble wrap for safety purposes. Nonetheless, it's a 5 star experience.

Email support was cooperative in last minute changes. Though it was agreed upon in the online delivery portal that delivery time is between 9am to 3pm. Item arrived at 4pm. Hence only gave only 4 star.

Easy ordering, able to set date and time frame of delivery. Item was confirmed immediately upon payment, and was ready for delivery already after 24hrs. Courier messaged on the day of delivery. Order arrived on the exact start of the 9am-3pm delivery time frame, and it was the exact order, still checking if there are any issues with the unit's functionality, but so far, so good. Too bad store pickup wasn't available, but overall experience was great.
