This is my second time ordering at Anson's online. There was a bit of a problem with my last transaction. The product was delivered on the same date but beyond the preferred time. I have received a notice that they will deliver it late and beyond the 9 am to 3 Pm window I have selected. I immediately sent a text message at home and persuaded them not to leave yet unless the item arrived. I was at work, and people at home have commitments after 5 pm. I hope next time you will deliver the item at the buyer's preferred time to avoid this kind of situation. Nevertheless, the item was delivered before 5:30 PM and we tested it and it's working well.
