Please improve your delivery service. Not only did my order arrive an hour late, none of the three personnel who delivered it bothered to help me carry the package inside my house. They just left it on the floor in front of my garage. The package was also packed in a way that was difficult to lift from the floor (big box, no holes, no panali) and they just watched me struggle with it.
