It's fine. plenty of things to improve compared to lazada and shoppee in terms of delivery/ packaging. However, I like the deal I got here with the phone - cheaper than previous platforms and in installment. my item came around 10 PM which is late. Doesn't matter much but I noticed the delivery guy kind of tired.

It was delivered on the the date indicated. since i ordered online and have not been in the location where it was delivered i want to know the warranty of the orders. It wasn’t tested yet upon delivery because the house is still under construction.

Its cheaper here in ansons compared to other online shops. I checked and trusted the good reviews on the unit I ended up buying and I dont regret it. It was pretty smooth, after placing the order, email confirmation and receipt were sent and I just waited for the delivery on the day I chose. It said it was from 9am-3pm, I called their CS on the day to make sure its on its way and I was assured it is. After 2pm, it arrived and they helped me bring it up to the 3rd floor. I’m using the AC now and im so comfortable. Thanks Anson!

Appreciate the smooth transaction. Setting of expectations can still be improved. I made changes in my order - appreciate the quick turn-around for the changes to apply. I was not informed though that my original request for the delivery date could not be accommodated and was just changed without informing me prior.

We place our Order on the night of Wednesday and the next day, our Office Manager was also in communication regarding delivery and our request for expedited delivery was approved.
