Follow delivery time. I made the purchase January 27 for a Jan 30 9am to 3pm delivery. The product arrived at 407. Why have delivery time if it won't be followed? I chose that day and that time so that I would be home. I had to call the support center before the driver informed me he was on his way. Of course, by the time he called, I was already out of the house.
At the very least, if you know you will not make it within the time alloted, I should have been informed earlier. As early as possible in fact. So that I wouldn't be waiting for a delivery that would not be coming.
Other than that, the online buying experience was seamless and the product was very good, price also was very good.

I will only give a 5 star if your supervisor or manager will raise my complaint to Panasonic for their Panasonic F-409LS DC Inverter Living Fan since the fan blade has a defect or quality is not good. It is not smooth, has sort of a crack and already has scratches. Even if you open a new electric fan of same model they all have that sort of crack and scratches meaning that the mould which panasonic uses for that fan blade has a problem that's why it needs to be fixed by Panasonic.

Kindly deliver items that are quality checked. The washing machine i received looks like the display unit in the mall with scratches and stains which i am unable to remove by wiping. I paid for a brand new item not clearance or display item. I emailed right away but no one replied. I called your hotline and i was told to call the online service support of which promised that i will get an advise on the availability and ETA of replacement within the day but i heard nothing. Sent a viber msg again to the person i forwarded the photos, but to no reply. Most likely already ended her shift and offline.
This experience i am giving minus 2 stars out of 5. Never thought it will be a hassle ordering from you online. I shouldve bought from SM instead.
Hopefully tomorrow i will get the answers as to when it will be replaced. I am getting furious as i ordered this sunday and expected it to arriclve by wednesday so we can do our laundry from the past wk. However this incident caused the delay on my schedules and it wasnt a pleasant experience for someone like me who strictly follow day to day schedules of tasks. If replacement will take longer than tomorrow, 27 Jan 2023, kindly refund back the charge on my card. I dont want to transact with you anymore.
