The product is working as expected. It can cool the room in 5-10 minutes. However, the delivery experience is horrible. I paid for 400 pesos for a door to door delivery, but the delivery guy asked if we can meet on the street, because they can no longer go inside because they think that they will have a hard time in going in and out of our location - which is totally understandable. But, I found out that they actually have a push cart which the guy can use so he can deliver it to my house. They were met by my mother and uncle and they have the same comment: "Yung nag deliver dito, ang tamad. Yung TV nga na inorder dati e hinatid pa rito, pero itong aircon ayaw."
