Now, this Gretchen who is on Viber Chat with me failed to answer my queries as to why my Online Purchase does not include Free Mounting according to her.
Now the unit is just sitting here in my Living Room, with no Schedule as to when it will be mpunted. Gretchen keeps saying someone from Sony will call me. Until now as of today, 2:51 pm, No call.

Please improve your delivery scheduling and the professionalism of your delivery team. When I purchased the product, I selected a delivery window of 9 AM to 3 PM. However, no one from your team informed me of the exact arrival time, and the delivery only arrived at 6 PM. I had to wait far beyond the expected timeframe, which was very inconvenient.
