Easy online purchase.

Smooth and fast transactions, all online. Unfortunately, they don't pay attention to the notes for delivery. I asked for them to call first but they didn't. The installer showed up today without notice. We haven't asked for the installation yet because the pipes are not ready yet.

I did my shopping online and out of the country but the Staff (Grace and Gretchen) made it possible for me to coordinate delivery times and installation. Thank you for your patience. Your prompt and friendly service deserves 2 thumbs up! Highly recommend Anson's as your primary appliance store.

Everything was handled professionally

1. No need to go to the store since i cant have unit tested anyway ( pirchased a frint load washing machine)
2. Process was easy as well as the payment. There was a lot of payment methods be it credit card straight or in installment, gcash or online payments and other payment options
3. Delivery date and time option was limited ( but didnt really matter). Delivery date was even earlier as compared to the schedule if i had purchased from the physical store.
4. Very convenient way to purchase especially for bigger items that you dont really get to test in the store like a washing machine, an acu or even a refrigerator
5. There was even a promo for free shipping

Time of delivery should be comminicated.
I requested to a morning delivery time but no one contacted me to inform me about the delivery being late. I sent a message to the number indicated in the notification but no reply. I called the number then that’s the only time I was able to talk to someone.
The delivery guys came almost 5:00pm
I specifically told them to inform me an hour before they will arrive coz i need to run some errands. But they called when they are already at my location.
Overall I am unsatisfied

It was easy for me to communicate with all the staffs. They are also honest. I was supposed to pay 2500 delivery fee but Customer Service Representative advised me to pay less. The Delivery Team did an excellent job as well! They handled my TV carefully and they even helped me fix it. They arrived very presentable with a smile and we had a nice conversation while testing on the TV quality. Now I am enjoying the product. Thank you Ansons Team!

We didn't have any issues with placing the order, no hidden fees etc.

I was advised of the date of delivery and was asked for preferred time, which is not available on most online shopping sites. You always had to keep checking your order delivery status with other platforms and the delivery window is sometimes inaccurate.

The package arrived with no damage and the courier is nice.

I was just wondering if I can get a copy of the warranty as I think I lost it.

I greatly appreciated the store management because they deliver the item ahead of the schedule. And the specification is exactly what I expected. The interior is spacious enough to store food stuff.
