I get notified about delivery dates and schedules. When I requested for a change in delivery date, Ansons Online quickly responded and changed the date.
My only comment is the delivery was supposed to be between 3pm and 9pm but they arrived 10am. The delivery team messaged at 942am that they are on their way! Good thing I was home. This would have been a problem because I expected Ansons to deliver 3pm and beyond, not earlier. Ansons should be strict with agreed schedules

There was a challenge in removing the old unit from its location since it is integrated with the modular cabinet, the delivery crew were very good in finding ways to make it possible for us to take out the old unit and ingress the newly purchased refrigerator without a fuss. Good job to the 3 boys!

It was easy to look at the choices, with most of the information about the product. I bought a Panasonic .75hp window aircon, I looked at all the specs not realizing that the power cord was short! Maybe just a meter long, good thing it was still able to reach the outlet but just barely. That info should be included in the specs. But aside from that, delivery was prompt, Ansons sent me a text to confirm delivery and their driver texted when he was nearby. Aircon arrived in good condition but I have not turned it on yet as there’s a wait time of 6 hrs after it arrives or gets installed. I’ll know tonight.

my phone was dead batt unfortunately exactly on the chosen delivery schedule. Glad Anson's team kept on reaching out to me and didn't leave the premises i think that's almost or more than one hour. I was looking for a sale item washer on 4.4.23 and I did not expect to find one with more than 30% discount. I used my visa then Mastercard but both of these payment methods did not work. Then for the last time I used GCash which to my surprised did work. The delivery took less than a week since there was a long holiday.
