In terms of delivery its very good. The delivery guy informed me of the schedule and asked for my availability and made confirmations first before proceeding with the delivery.

For the phone, I ordered S22 Ultra and the item is in good condition and properly sealed. However, I am concerned with the Galaxy Fit-e that I received because it is not working properly. There is no display on the screen and I tried several attempts to check on the probelm and connect to my device and I believe that the Galaxy Fit-e is defective. Is there a way that I can have it replaced?

I ordered 2 units of Aircons (one for my Mom and one for my colleague)...One was for pick up and one was for delivery. I'm so glad how convenient it is to order online and have the appliances delivered. Even delivery/pick up was smooth. The delivery man called to say he will be late...I appreciate that he updated me and assured me that delivery was sure.

The delivery was so fast. I ordered it May 8...item was delivered May 9 as requested. Plus the item is chealee compared to other appliance stores. It even included freebie. The shipping was not free but the overall deal was all good.
