Fast, efficient, simple, best of all- Pasong Tamo staff Liza and Gelli were extremely patient and helpful!! 5stars. LG ref was purchased online, I attempted to have it picked up in Pasong Tamo on the same morning, but my truck was too small. On the same afternoon, after checking my request, item was considered to be sent to Nuvali, where i picked it up first hr of the nxt day. Customer service extraordinaire!! 👌🏼 salamat!!

The delivery was delayed for 3 hours due to the high number of items to be delivered, as per the respectful delivery crew, who proactively notified me in advance. I've chosen the option of a 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. delivery time to compensate for the 5-hour standby time prior to operating the item; however, the item was received around 6:00 p.m. The 9-hour wait for the delivery to arrive and the additional 5-hour wait prior to operating the item, including the non-fulfillment of the delivery option, are unacceptable. Thus, it is recommended to improve your shipping process.

Never had an issue when it comes to delivery. Order was delivered the following day and the deliverymen are courteous. This is my 3rd time ordering online.
