Very smooth online transaction. I didn’t give a perfect score because when I picked up the item, the staff at the cashier area appeared like they didn’t know about my order. All they had to do was get my order details and check the system. I had to be passed on from one staff to another, although it was fast maybe because there were no customers yet.

POOR DELIVERY SERVICE... Pina pili nyo pa ko na oras ng deliver hindi nyo rin pla masusunod. I choose 9AM to 3PM nadeliver and package almost 9PM na wala mang lang text or call na late pala made-deliver ang package sana nag abiso man lang.

I chose the 9am to 3pm slot for the delivery and your guys came around 6pm. This is so unacceptable! My representative in PH called your hotline and your customer service team said they cannot do anything with it! Why does your website even asked for options if the delivery will be out of the range of time I chose? I feel that this is so unprofessional and unacceptable for a customer like me.

Requested for an earlier delivery. It was confirmed by the customer service but was not communicated to delivery group. Thus, unit was delivered on the original schedule. Which is okay but affected some personal errands. Agent was very apologetic of the incident. Aside from this experience is all good.
