Make your packaging presentable! When I got my order it was inside an obvious used paperbag. I was actually having a 2nd thought if it the phone was brand new or refurbish. The paperbag is slightly dirty and super crumpled. So far the phone is okay but considering the price, improve your packaging please.

How can we improve?
The ordering process was fine but the delivery process is terrible. I don't know if you only have one truck for deliveries each day, but the clients from the northern part of Metro Manila are apparently your lowest priority and repeatedly get deliveries very late. Requests regarding the delivery in the notes section are also ignored.

Had to follow up on AC installation and coordinate on day of delivery. The installer charges more when he arrived on site. Fees are not transparent and AC installer is late. Not so smooth transaction vs abenson’s service.

Delivery is very late need as discussed and agreed with customer service the delivery will leave from stores 9:00AM and will arrive until 3:00pm scheduled in advance Feb 24. The delivery arrived at 8:00pm and very late. We are very disappointed with the delivery charge we paid and the reasons for the delays are not acceptable. Our representatives have cancelled attending family event to receive the delivery and they were very upset. Your delivery must be as planned not late 5 hours. We have tried many times to contact delivery man but telling they are in other area and they did not initiated to inform us.

The online shopping experience was good and the viber specialist was helpful. However, it would be good if you were to vet your 3rd party installers better. I received a call on the install date and they told me they would arrive in an hour. When I called them 45 mins later, they had not left yet and the new estimate was in 1.5 hours. Additionally, I learned they did not have a vehicle and would not be able to take away my old a/c. I ended up cancelling. Not a good experience. Unfortunately, your 3rd party services reflected badly on Anson’s.
