The staff at Anson's Cainta were very helpful and attentive. Few hiccups on the service I got over the phone but they're understandable. I got my order within the date I selected although had to do few follow ups to make sure there will not be delays. Unit was ready for testing when I arrived, and staff explained to me all the features and basic how to. I underestimated the size of the box, I thought it would fit in my car hence I chose pickup. We asked the guys that delivered the unit to the branch, and the cost they gave me is 8 freaking hundred pesos for a 7km distance - P800!! I know pre-alignment would definitely avoid this overestimation but there should be a policy or formula that your personnel should follow when providing cost estimate, I felt the estimate they provided was baseless. Good thing a 3rd party delivery service is cheaper, and still cheaper than the in house delivery offered online that's P400. I'm still waiting for update on the free fan that comes with my purchase.

Deliveries should be within requested schedule as indicated in the online shop. I picked 9am-3pm. Past 3pm no notification or call from ansons. I had to call ansons to check on my delivery only to find out they pushed it back to 6pm-7pm which was way past the condo cut off of 4pm. The overall coordination was great. I had to change my delivery address 2 days before the delivery. However, when the delivery called, they arrived in the old delivery address. It caused a little bit of a hassle since we had to carry the unit to the 2nd floor.

Make your packaging presentable! When I got my order it was inside an obvious used paperbag. I was actually having a 2nd thought if it the phone was brand new or refurbish. The paperbag is slightly dirty and super crumpled. So far the phone is okay but considering the price, improve your packaging please.
