How can we improve?
My order was not available because they forgot to reserved the unit upon order and was sold to another customer. I was not even updated until I followed up which should not be the case. I have fully paid for the item should it should be ready for pick up. The person in charge kept promising he will look for a unit for me but still no update after 24 hours. I had to get mad before something can be done. Very poor customer service.
