The delivery team was very flexible

Hopefully your sales and service team should have explained the product and service details too. Specs of product is good but the after sales such as the installation details including amount of installation, service provider in the area and inclusion of service installation, all these were not discussed during the purchase. Installation amount is so expensive. Imagine buying something and paying half the product price for installation only? Buyers have no choice otherwise, warranty will be voided. ansons is so bad at this, should have bought my aircon at abensons with free installation. I will be reporting this pricing at DTI.

Hard to contact the Sales Specialist thru the given viber number in the website. I have some questions and clarifications. I called and messaged but no answer. I lodged a ticket thru the Helpdesk portal. I was surprised to find out the ticket was closed when no one has responded to my inquiry on the installation fee. I re-opened the ticket. Eventually someone sent a ticket and told me the aircon installation fee. That's when I also got a reply from viber. However, no one told me that I have to arrange the schedule of installation myself unlike when I bought another aircon in 2022 from Robinsons Appliance store. Very bad. It stressed me out.

Your website is very easy to navigate, very user friendly. You customer support are very prompt and efficient. So after you delivered my refrigerator, I place a new order right away which is an AirFryer.

Easy to order online. The pickup process was smooth. Got my oven at a good discount. The Ortigas store/showroom was big and complete with all the appliances brands available. Anson’s gives the lowest priced items among all the appliances stores. I will buy my other appliance needs here in the future.
