The product itself is good. This is already my 2nd unit of Eurotek Freezer. The problem is that when it was delivered on December 14, the drain cap was not the right cap for the unit…the cap was small compared to the hole. The delivery guy, after talking with the dispatcher over the phone, said he will come back to bring the correct drain cap..but up to now, January 3, still hasn’t returned with the cap.
