I got to say, the online transaction was what floored me. Don’t get me wrong, the product is great, and it’s working as intended. It’s signed, sealed, and delivered safely to my home.
But what really wow’d me was the fact that the online transaction / shop was a smooth experience, all the information is here, and the receipt is received as soon as the transaction was made.
The delivery was one time as was scheduled and staff was helpful setting it up.
Would definitely look into buying stuff online rather than in person, and I do hope Anson would expand their inventory as I noticed there’s few items missing compared to going to the store yourself.
Great service, 11/10 would buy online again.
