NONSTANDARD TV DONT EVER BUY
we were encouraged to buy this brand because they are claiming that ghey use the toshiba or samsung panel and made us belive that they have same quality as branded. But in reality its NOT. Branded Tv uses hard panel kaya hindi nasisira basta basta ang scree. But with this one pagdala namin sa bahay nasira agad ung panel by simple touch. Kaya pala pinagbabawal nila itouch ang screen kasi napakanipis.kasingnipis ng screen protector… DISPOSABLE TV. Kaya never ever buy this brand. Better stick to known brands like samsung, sony, lg… but never ever try Prestiz magsisi lang kayo. Aside from bad quality also bad customer service,
We just wasted money buying this. But anyway will leave it to God. Bahala na sa company nila yan dahil nanloloko sila ng mga tao.
So disappointed as well with Ansons. I bought a lot of appliances from this branch and sa magallanes before but never ever again. really bad customer service. No warranty, no customer care.
Better buy in abensons or sm appliance store. They are more professional and reliable. You would know coz they dont sell prestiz and other problematic brand coz they protect their name. Shame on Anson for selling me this brand!
